Shopping online should feel safe. That's why every lovanto order is protected by a straightforward promise: if it's not right for you, sending it back is easy and completely free.
Our Simple Promise: 30 Days, Zero Cost
You have 30 calendar days from the day your package arrives to request a return — and it will never cost you a cent. There's no restocking fee, no return shipping charge, and no paperwork beyond one short email.
Is My Item Eligible?
Yes, if all of these apply:
- The item is still unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact;
- You have your order number or another proof of purchase handy.
No, if it falls into these categories:
- Gift cards;
- Anything tagged "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at checkout;
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Items that were damaged after arrival through misuse.
Requesting Your Return
How It Works, Step by Step
- Email first. Write to with your order number and a line or two about the reason.
- Receive your kit. Within 24-48 hours, we confirm eligibility and send prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Drop it off. Pack the item well and hand it to the carrier.
- Consider it handled. Refund processing kicks in as soon as the carrier scans your parcel — waiting for it to reach our warehouse isn't necessary.
Please Note Hold onto your item until we've replied. Returns shipped without our confirmation can't be matched to your order and might not be refunded.
Receiving Your Refund
Where and When Approved refunds return to your original payment method. Expect the money in your account within 3-7 business days — a few banks take slightly longer, though it's rare.
About Taxes Orders, returns, and refunds through lovanto are never charged sales tax, VAT, or customs duties. Those costs sit with us, not you.
Refund Still Not There? If 7 business days have passed since approval:
- Re-check your card or bank statement;
- Ask your bank whether the credit is still pending;
- Nothing yet? Email and we'll take it from there.
Other Ways We Help
Swapping for Something Else For a different size or color, ordering fresh and returning the original is quickest — but we're happy to arrange a direct exchange free of charge once your return is approved. Your call.
Broken, Faulty, or Mix-Ups Received something damaged, defective, or wrong? Send a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery, and pick your fix: free replacement or full refund. Most of the time you won't need to return anything at all.
Changing Your Mind Early Cancel for a full refund any time before your order leaves with the carrier. Once it's shipped, the 30-day return above takes over.
