Preparation Time
Your order is picked, packed, and passed to the carrier within 2-3 business days after payment clears. Orders arriving on weekends or U.S. public holidays go out the next business day, and a dispatch confirmation email follows as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Estimated Arrival
Standard transit takes 20-45 days from dispatch, shaped by your distance and the carrier's schedule. Most U.S. and U.K. shoppers see their packages well before the end of that range. If seasonal congestion slows a shipment, we'll tell you before you have to ask.
Shipping Charges
Free Over $30
- $30.00 and up: free shipping, every time;
- Under $30.00: a flat fee, displayed plainly at checkout before you pay.
Never Any Taxes Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties are never charged to lovanto customers — we absorb all of them, so your checkout total is your final total.
Delivery Coverage
We ship across the United States and the United Kingdom. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses can't be served right now.

Missing or Delayed Mail
A parcel that stalls in transit or comes back as lost gets fixed by us, not explained away by us. Get in touch at ; once we verify the situation, we either reship free or refund you completely — the outcome is always product, money, or both.
Check Your Address
A quick look at your delivery address before checkout saves everyone trouble. Parcels to mistyped addresses aren't on us, but if one boomerangs back, we'll gladly resend once you confirm the right address.
Orders in Several Boxes
Larger orders may split into separate parcels arriving on different days — never at extra cost. Each box carries its own tracking number, available whenever you want it.
